Summer Camp

An 8-week program of body weight movements for you summer camp to get your sailors moving and fitter for sailing.  Great workouts to do in the morning, or on no wind/rainy days.  The workouts will make the kids work hard while having fun, and push them to be in better shape by the end of the summer!!
